注塑生产管理经验

Make injection workshop goal and distribute work tasks according to the department goal, make working plan. 组织制定注塑车间工作目标，并根据目标分解工作任务，制定工作计划。 

 Make relevant policy, regulation, process and work instructions 组织编制相关制度文件，落实各项规章制度、管理办法、流程文件、操作规范等。 

 Record the concerned production information of the finished instruction, check the materials withdraw the stock and products enter the stock. 结束指令的相关生产信息的录入以及稽查材料退库和产品入库的工作。

 Organize and monitor mold maintenance management. 组织模具维修维护管理，并监督执行。 Strict implement plastic production plan 严格执行塑料件生产计划。 

 Strengthen plastic production process management to improve efficiency and product quality. 加强塑料件生产过程管理以提高效率和产品质量把控。

 Improve plastic workshop management to reduce defective products rate. 完善塑料件生产现场管理以降低不良产品率。 Supervise, check and order the workshop people operate by the regulation such as process setting, sample confirming before the production, process checking, process controlling, preventive maintenance of the equipment, sorting, humidity adding, packing, preventive maintenance of the model, material adding, entering the stock and withdrawing the material, complete the concerned record. 监督、检查并要求车间人员按规定进行作业（内容包括：工艺设定、产前首样确认、过程检查、工艺控制、设备维护、分检加湿与包装、模具维护、材料添加、入库退料等及相关记录完整情况）。

 Make and submit regular statistical report 组织并执行制作提交例行统计报表。 

 Assist and track the maintenance process of the equipment and models. 协助并跟踪设备、模具维修进度。 Assist dealing and analyzing the reason of the product’s abnormal quality, improve the treatment and put them into effect. 协助处理并分析检讨产品品质异常原因及改善对策并落实于实际生产活动中。 

 Test and approve parts with engineering and quality control 会同工程部和质量管理部测试并确认产品的性能。                   Supervise, check and review the material used in the machine of the assembly line, material wasting, machine’s efficiency, stopping time and other abnormal, make the countermeasure and put them into effect. 监督、检查并检讨车间机台用料（新、回料）、材料浪费、机台生产效率、停机时间等异常，并作改善对策落实于实际改进行动中。

 Supervise, check, organize, lead the injection group carry out the 5S, and optimize the environment of the workshop. 监督、检查、组织、带领注塑团队全力执行5S，优化车间生产环境。

 In charge of the checking on work attendance of the people in the injection workshop. 负责注塑车间人员之考勤作业。 Organize and implement each meeting and announcement of the instruction of the internal workshop. 组织、执行车间内部的各项会议及政令宣导。 

 Attend daily production meeting with  quality department,  参加各部门及质量部的例会。

 In charge of estimating the injection workshop people’s job attitude, job discipline, job performance, moral, integrity, management and other aspects of capacities, checking the signing of the work contract, report the promotion, adjust the position.  负责对注塑车间人员的工作态度、工作纪律、工作绩效、品德操守、管理等多方面能力进行评估与考核、劳务合同续签、晋升提报，职位调整。

Organize and implement the training and checking for all the people in this department in the aspects of working operation, working skill, innovation of the management. 组织、执行对新进人员与在职人员进行作业方法、工作技能、管理创新等方面进行培训并考核。

Cooperate with project leader during the APQP (document preparation, work environment, process preparation…). 协助并跟进APQP项目管理工作。 Finish other jobs assigned by management. 完成上级领导交办的其它工作。
