Senior Bartender    资深调酒师

In charge of  bar operations, including:

负责店内运营工作包括以下：

• Work with team to provide quality service and grow sales
• 通过团队合作提高服务质量以及销售额
• Serve guests at the bar (wine, beer, cocktails)
• 准确无误地根据顾客需求调制酒类/非酒类饮品(红酒，啤酒，鸡尾酒)                  

• Educate guests on our drink selection, recommend and upsell products according to customers taste and feelings
• 通过了解客户的需要提供专业的意见以及传达葡萄酒的文化
• Send out drinks for delivery
• 负责酒水快递
• Maintain bar organization and tidiness
• 保持以及维护店内卫生
• Manage inventory
• 负责定期盘点工作
• Basic Qualifications :

任职要求：

• Experience working as a bartender
• 1-2年调酒师经验
• Oral proficiency in the English language
• 能够流畅的用英语交流

Working Hour :

工作时间：

Working 6 days / week – 5pm – 2am

做六休一 （下午5点至凌晨2点）

DrinKuaidi is sharing Wine, Beer, Spirits & Cocktails - for good times. In Shanghai since 2016, we have expanded from online to offline store, for people enjoy every life occasion. We are now growing in China’s major cities together with CWS – China Wines and Spirits, part of the Elan group.
