POSITION SUMMARY:

Achieving ultimate customer satisfaction by providing great customer service, ensuring timely processing of all orders, responding to customer inquiries and reviews, and resolving any concerns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  

• Ensure all orders are processed and fulfilled according to required timelines.

• Manage all communication to customers through the online marketplaces, custom websites or call in.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns.

• Monitor customer reviews and feedback.

• Mange all customer returns, allowances and order cancelations across all sales channels.

• Interface with warehouses and suppliers on a daily basis.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products and programs.

• Maintain service metrics and performance standards.

• General clerical duties and data entry for master data and regular pricing updates.

• Maintain professionalism at all times and provide solutions when issues arise.

• Other duties as assigned based on business needs or management’s request.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, & Skills required)

  

• High School Diploma/ GED

• 2+ years of customer service experience in call center/ online marketplaces

• Channel Advisor experience preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus
