Key Responsibilities

Identify demands and opportunities to support business growth and improve business effectiveness through leveraging innovative IT platform. 

Identify and propose the suitable IT solution to balance between state of art and fit-for-purpose principals.

Engage key business stakeholders on IT strategy implementation, and hereby to improve the business satisfaction.

Manage the project implementation of business application, to ensure each project phase and gate are controllable, drive and lead the project key stakeholders of both internal and external on project value creation.

End to end application operation process design and ensure the application continuity and availability.

Routine operation of application management in systems in charged. E.g., Data management and BI, R&D Portfolio related applications etc.

Recommended Education and Key Competency

Bachelor's degree required, good English communication skill in written and spoken.

Pronounced consultancy, project management and change management skills, PMP is a plus.

Good problem-solving capability, strong ownership, and innovative design thinking.

Results orientation, capability to make things done in complex environment.

Good IT knowledge on application management, cloud management and main-stream IT platform, e.g., Azure, Ali-Cloud, Business process and BI etc.

Strong data management knowledge on analytical, governance and architecture.

Basic knowledge of Bio-Tech R&D related application/process design, e.g., PV and MA, Regulatory affair, Medical Science, Data management and statistics etc.

Good understanding of commercial process design and good analytical skills, e.g., Market Research/Insight, SFE, channel management etc.

Passion with innovation and new technology.

Hands-on technical capability on Data Management and BI (e.g., SQL server, Power BI, BW), Ali-cloud IaaS/PaaS/SaaS etc.

Technical requirements: O365, SQL Server, data, and integrated solution of Ali/Azure.

Good industry knowledge in Biotech/Pharma.
