TITLE:     China Customer Consignment Management

BUSINESS:    China – Integrated Supply Chain

REPORTING TO:    APAC Logistics Leader

SCOPE AND IMPACT OF POSITION ON THE ORGANIZATION:

l  All China Customer Consignment Related Activities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Inventory and cost impact calculation and logistics service supplier negotiation of new customer consignment.

·         Consignment contracts review, negotiation and management to ensure the terms are reasonable and no expired contracts.

·         Preparing annual consignment physical stock taking plan according to audit requirements and perform onsite stock taking activity with site logistics team.

·         Consignment logistics service supplier management and audit.

·         Customer consignment related actions or improvements follow up and ensure that completed on time.

·         Consignment cost calculation and analysis for AOP, TSR or temporary request.

·         Monthly or Quarterly reconciliation of consignment stocks.

·         Monthly consignment provision calculation and submit for approval.

·         Weekly consignment analysis and report.

·         Customers / Sales / internal team communication.

·         Coordinate with related functions to improve customer consignment management including but not limited consignment inventory accuracy and consignment productivity.

EXPERIENCE:

·         Good SAP or other ERP system experience

·         Good computer skills in MS-Office software

·         Strong data analysis skill

·         Good communication skills, include business negotiations

·         More than 5 years relevant experience in multinational company

·         Basic English skills

·         Bachelor’s degree or above

·         Be able to work independently and with well teamwork spirits

·         Be able to work in fast pace environment with positive and aggressive attitude

·         Be able to adapt to frequent domestic business travel.

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS: Customer, Logistics Service Supplier

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: about 25%~50% domestic business travel.
