岗位职责：

1. 具备较强的合同管理能力，能够有效地进行合同谈判、编写、签订等工作，可以控制合同进度及执行，确保对合同风险的把控；

2. 极佳的协调沟通能力，能够合理有效的与客户及其他合作方沟通并促成合作；

3. 掌握建筑、室内及规划设计项目的专业知识，熟悉设计流程及运作流程；

4. 具备团队合作精神，能够统筹协作并激励团队成员高质高效地完成项目要求；

5. 能够在高速的工作环境中，高效的完成任务；

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，管理类、法律等相关专业；

2. 具备3年及以上相关岗位工作，有设计公司项目协调工作经验者优先；

3. 熟练掌握办公软件技能，如word、excel、PPT等；

4. 具备优秀的文字撰写能力，可独立撰写、编辑、翻译、发布公司项目及活动；

5. 积极乐观，可以承受一定的工作压力；

6. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力。
