在直属上级的领导下，充分了解公司发展与销售策略，协助贯彻执行公司战略目标，确保公司战略执行，达成区域销售指标。

主要职责

-负责所辖区域内的销售指标达成；

-与其他部门的合作，策划并组织区域内的销售会议、培训活动等有计划的开展落实；

-定期收集并分析区域内各竞争对手的市场情况和动态，制定相应计划，确保自己产品的市场份额；

-区域内KOL的维护和管理，以及潜在客户的发掘；

-独立解决、处理任何突发事件的能力；

-上级领导交办的其他事宜。

任职要求：

-本科以上学历，眼科学，眼视光学等专业优先考虑；

-两年以上工作经验，有益于眼科行业发展，并具备医疗以及眼科医疗的工作背景为佳；

-工作积极，具有较强的责任心；

-良好的表达能力，较强的沟通以及协调能力；

-性格开朗，较强的承压能力，具备团队合作精神；

-能适应出差。

       STAAR Surgical致力于眼科学手术已逾30年，设计、研发、生产并销售可植入的眼用晶体及其配套使用的推注系统。

      These lenses are intended to provide visual freedom for patients, lessening or eliminating the reliance on glasses or contact lenses. All of these lenses are foldable, which per-mits the surgeon to insert them through a small incision. STAAR’s lens used in refractive surgery is called an Implantable Collamer Lens or “ICL”, which includes the EVO Visi-an ICL product line.
