Responsibilities:

    

1. Contact window between sales representative and product development team
2. Manage customer projects from inquiry to project success (SOP),
3. Review CRP (customer requirement profile) and collect all technical details needed for the project;
4. Communicate effectively with all internal departments involved, and ensure the solution to be developed in a timely way;
5. Make price estimate or quotation as needed in time;
6. Drive the project management process according to automotive standards (APQP, PPAP);
7. Coordinate and arrange documents, tools and materials needed for test productions
8. Work closely with sales representative as project team to achieve business objective and customer satisfaction;

Required qualifications:

    

1. Education with university degree (at least bachelor) Chemistry, Polymer, or Chemical Engineering, but not limited;
2. Fluent English in oral and writing is a must; German language skills would be a plus
3. Structured and solution-oriented working style
4. Preferred automotive experience with: mechanical engineering, process engineering, being in charge or managing validation or qualification process;
5. Good knowledge of APQP, PPAP, IMDS, REACH, RoHs, RFQ processing etc.
6. Managerial experience would be a plus.
