Purchasing Specialist
The Purchasing Specialist oversees purchasing operation activities in the cycle of procure to pay under the guidance of Lubrizol procurement policy & procedure and strategic sourcing partners.
Responsibilities:
Vendor Creation
Collect required documents for vendor creation
PO Conversion and Validation
Receive the requisitions and supporting documents for quality check
Ensure policy compliance and resolve discrepancies
Create POs in SAP
Check the prices, item, and supplier details for consistency with the purchase quotation
Print the POs and share them with supplier via Email
Internal Stakeholders communication
Guide PR requisitioner on operation process/ERP usage
Communicate with internal stakeholders on PO & Payment process
Vendor communication and delivery tracking
Communicate with vendor on all PO & delivery related issues
Filing and Documenting

Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 2 years working experience
Can read English in mail
Mastery of MS word, excel etc., ERP knowledge is preferred
Be patient, good communication skills

工作内容：
创建供应商：按照流程整理需求的材料并交给相关部门用来创建供应商
订单创建和确认：
SAP里收到采购需求，并确认所需材料是否完整
确保符合流程要求并解决不一致
创建订单
确保订单上价格，数量等与报价单一致
打印订单并邮件发给供应商
内部用户沟通
指导用户如何填写采购需求
与用户沟通关于订单的过程
供应商沟通与交付追踪
在订单与交付的环节与供应商沟通
文件归档与整理
任职要求：
大专以上学历，2年以上工作经验
能读写英文邮件
熟练掌握办公软件，***有ERP操作经验
耐心，并有一定的沟通技巧
