1. You co-define the user experience so as to maximize value.

● You help business team to clarify the business needs so that user journey and functions are clearly defined.

●You ensure there is a clear business value identified for each requirement and help business team to formalize objectives (estimate ROI, define success criteria, KPIs targets).

●You write the business/functional requirement documents (specification, user stories, RFI/RFP) and validate them with business users and domain leader

2. You lead the functional design to guarantee user satisfaction and sustainability of the solution.

●You deliver the functional design of the solution, which can include: UX specifications, use case diagram, user story mapping, functional diagram, data flowchart.

●You make sure to get advice from your peers or community and validate the functional design with relevant project stakeholders.

●You perform a gap analysis with existing solutions and make sure we privilege open source mindset (reuse - contribute - create & share).

●You make sure the functional design is understood and aligned with the tech team (tech lead/developer/QA/PaaS, etc.).

●In the case of an outsourced solution, You make sure the solution can meet both business and IT requirements and that it can adapt to future needs.

3. You play as a team in build & run mode.

●You update regularly your teammates about your commitments and progresses, as well as any difficulty you meet yourself or observe in the project.

●You provide any other functional information that tech team require before and during the development (eg: You help them define the right API input/outputs, data model, etc.).

● You ensure we have a clear test plan and clear success criteria for each function before going to development.

●In run mode, You partner with users and technical teams to analyze issues and to propose changes that will improve user satisfaction and product quality.

1 .You have a strong sense of responsibility and drive for results.

2. You put the users of your solutions at the center of your attention.

3. You have at least 3 to 5 years of work experience as a BA.

4. You have a good understanding of IT solutions and technical landscape.

5. You have good documentation and organization skills, attention to detail is a must.

6. You are able to work cross-team or cross-department in an agile way or organization. Having international project cooperation experience is a plus.
