General Description/MISSION

Present proposal and solution(concept and drawing) for the customer’s requirement in Aeronautics and General Industry; Make this solution success and deliverable.根据航空和一般工业行业项目的（飞机、风电、重工等相关）客户的实际需求，提供相关的技术解决方案（方案和图纸），并使之成功交付。

MAIN DUTIES

o     Conducting sequence and time studies. 时序、节拍分析

o     Running process simulations, Human-Machine engineering, drilling & Rivet template, tightening, press, handling analysis. 工艺、人机工程模拟，分析（包括数模，产品，钻孔，铆接，拧紧，压装，搬运等）

Introducing new lines layout. 制作生产线布局

o     Choose correct commercial components and equipment such as cylinder, ball screw, motor, transmission reducer, guide rail, cutting tool, rivet gun, screw driver, gantry, robots 选择合适的外购件或者设备比如气缸，滚珠丝杠，电机，导轨，减速机，刀具，铆枪，龙门，机器人等

o     Tooling design 工装夹具设计

o     Steel structure design 钢结构设计

o     Production line 3D Layout, modelling, interference simulation detail design, component selection and 2D drawing, BOM（Even for raw material）. Preferred to have concept design background.生产线布局模型、建模、干涉检查、三维细化设计、部件选型、二维出图，BOM清单(包括各种原材料下料单)。

o     Knowledge of machine design and calculation( payload, work stroke, Strength analysis and calculation) 机械设计和计算的相关知识比如负载，转动惯量，工作行程, 结构强度核算，节点分析等

o     Conducting logistics studies. 物流分析

o  Definition of the process sequence (signals) + Fluid definition 工艺时序和流体（气动、液压）的定义

o       Liaising with the project team to establish communication. 与项目团队及时沟通（自动化和现场团队）

o       Monitoring and executing his/her own project. 监控项目的执行

o       Close open issues and support project team on the mechanical aspect 关闭开口问题，从机械方面支持项目团队

o     Preparing all necessary documentation for assembly and testing. 准备相关装配和调试需要的文档

Requirements

o     Engineering degree  工科背景

o     Project experience with customized automation production line 有非标自动化生产线经验

o     5-8 years in an a similar position and technical background 5-8年相关工作经验，且有技术背景

o     Familiar with CATIA,AUTOCAD (Including Marco) 熟练使用CATIA和AUTOCAD （包括宏）

o     English a must  (other languages a plus) 英文必须

o      Willingness to travel 需要出差

o     Experience in dealing with end clients a plus, 善于和客户打交道的优先

o     Master Knowledge of machine design and calculation( payload, work stroke, Strength analysis and calculation) 掌握机械设计和计算的相关知识比如负载，转动惯量，工作行程, 结构强度核算，节点分析等

o     Familiar with commercial components such as ball screw, motor, transmission reducer, guide rail, cutting tool, rivet gun, screw driver, gantry, robots,cylinder 熟悉常用的商业外购件，比如气缸，滚珠丝杠，电机，导轨，减速机，刀具，铆枪，龙门，机器人等

o     Knowledge of process analysis 工艺分析的知识

o     Knowledge of mechatronics机 械 电 子 相 关 知 识

o     On site support and business travel现场支持需要出差
