职位描述：

1. 建立健全企业员工关系管理体系，处理各种员工关系事件，确保企业劳动用工风险得到良好的管控；

2. 对企业劳动用工风险进行评估，及时发现问题和给出应对策略:

3. 草拟和修订与劳动用工相关的各项规章制度梳理和优化相关的流程、工具，并推行实施;

4. 组织和协调各方资源，处理各种员工关系事件，包括劳动纠纷、仲裁及诉讼:

5. 收集整理劳动争议数据和档案，对数据进行分析;

6. 收集整理各地最新劳动法律法规，发布风险提示；

7. 为公司内部提供日常劳动用工事项的咨询，提出操作建议和解决方案:

8. 在企业内部分享劳动用工方面的相关知识和案例，进行相关培训，整体提升HR部门处理劳动用工事项的能力。

9. 完善公司的薪酬福利体系及各项管理制度；根据公司发展及外部薪酬福利状况，及时对薪酬福利体系进行修改和完善；

10. 全程跟踪负责绩效考核的统计结果、岗位变动以及职位的升迁，在公司薪酬管理制度框架下提出相应的薪酬变动方案；

11. 理化建议，不断完善公司的激励机制；是得福利政策在业务单元得到有效执行；

12. 业务单元内的考勤，确保出勤情况符合国家及公司政策；

13. 业务单元内的保险缴纳符合国家及公司政策；

14. 对考勤和工作量进行抽查，发现问题，督促部门改进；

15. 确保工资、保险发放符合公司规定

任职要求:

1. 统招本科及以上学历，人力资源、法学、劳动与社会保障、工商管理、行政管理等专业；

2. 精通全国各地劳动法律 ；

3. 五年以上HR或相关法务工作经验，其中企业员工关系工作经验不少于三年(须有劳动争议处理经验)；

4. 性格开朗，抗压，实干，有较强的谈判能力，优秀的表达能力(□头和文字)和沟通能力，思路清晰，逻辑性强，擅于团队协作，有责任心，愿意与企业共同成长发展。
