We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
Responsibilities ：
? Work as a full stack engineer to provide application solutions to the business, from front to back.
? Analyze business needs and recommend viable IT solutions to meet these requirements
? Design, develop and implement IT solutions to meet business needs, according to established standards and best practices
? Conduct and support testing to ensure the quality of all deliverables
? Produce documentation on system solutions to ensure their maintainability and smooth implementation across local and regional sites Work with business analysts and project managers to deliver projects, participate potentially from requirements gathering through production rollout and support
? Ensure implementation of activities on time, within estimated budget and to appropriate quality standard
? Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external regulatory requirements, including the management of operational risk and adherence to the Group's standards of ethical behavior

Qualifications：
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
? A university graduate with degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline
? A minimum of 5 years of IT experience in business system development environment, preferably working on large, complex global projects for investment banking business. Having software development management experience is an advantage.
? Solid experience on automated testing, DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline setup
? In-depth knowledge and experience in Agile project development and management framework
? Experience in development and support of banking application
hands on application design / development experience in Java, Cloud platform, Linux
? Proactive, possess an outgoing personality, self-motivated and be able to work independently and under pressure
? Sound communication and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English
? Strong analytical, design and problem solving skills
? Willing to travel overseas occasionally when required
