We are now looking for a Strategic Distribution Manager, who will be responsible to develop and excute a long term strategy for market area North East Asia in warehousing and transportation. In this role, you will be accountable for warehouse and distribution supplier base structure, drive digital transformation and contribute to supply chain cost optimization, together with Sourcing team..

 

You will

• Be the mastery of Industry and Ericsson WH and Transport trend
• Define and drive MNEA Warehouse  and Transport strategy
• Drive strategic meeting with Sourcing and LSP
• Be the international Freight yearly bidding to secure right supplier base, tender strategy, awarding model, tender efficiency, cost
• Join operational meeting with LSP, EPC, CU Supply, Supply Hub 
• Support Process Lead on organization's competence development
• Secure Trade Compliance in distribution

 

To be successful in the role you must have

• Minimum years of experience: 10+ year experience in distribution and warehousing
• Good knowledge of global logistics service provider in this industry
• Knowledge in Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Align and work with Logistics Sourcing
• Good analytics skill and story telling capability
• Ability to drive changes, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management
