协助客户服务部经理做好公司客户新项目报价准备及制作、合同文件归档、数据分析等相关销售支持工作

主要岗位职责：

1. 负责公司客户新项目报价准备及制作
2. 负责合同文件归档、整理、数据分析等相关销售支持工作

            

3、 负责协助客户服务经理制作各类销售指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表和报告的制作、编写

    

4、 协助客户服务经理做好上门客户的接待和电话来访工作；在部门经理缺席时，及时转告客户信息，妥善处理。

    

5、协助销售团队做好内部支持、各种内部会议的记录等工作

    

    

岗位要求：

1. 本科或以上，物流、供应链及医药相关专业优先。应届毕业生优先
2. 具备良好的学习理解力及协调沟通能力，及团队合作精神
3. 具有良好的沟通服务意识及责任心，具备一定的商务基础知识与信息保密等职业常识
4. 具备良好的英文阅读与书写能力

                            

    

JOB POSITION: BD Assistant

    

    

JOB DESCRIPTION

    

To support customer service manager to prepare the quotation for new projects, filing and managing the contracts and commercial docs and data analysis.

    

    

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    

1. Responsible for new project quotation preparation

    

    

2. Responsible for contract document filing, sorting, data analysis and other related sales support affairs

    

    

3. Responsible for assisting customer service manager to make monthly, quarterly and annual statistical reports and reports of various sales indicators

    

    

4. To assist the customer service manager in the reception and communication for customers’ visit; and timely forward the customer’s message / important feedback to Department Manager and handle it properly.

    

    

5. To provide internal support to internal teams, to make the meeting minutes for all the commercial meetings

    

JOB REQUIREMENTS

    

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, supply chain and medicine is preferred.

    

    

2. 1-2 years of logistics / supply chain or pharmaceutical industry experience

    

    

3. Familiar with MS office software, such as Excel, word, PPT, etc

    

    

4. Possess good learning comprehension, coordination and communication skills, and team spirit

    

    

5. Possess good service consciousness and sense of responsibility, have certain business basic knowledge and professional knowledge of business information confidentiality

    

    

6. Good English reading and writing skills
