ACCOUNTABILITY:

 

• Responsible for BU tolling/inhouse manufactured finish goods scheduling activity and manage plant inventory and production to meet business requirement.

• In charge of stock-transfer and purchasing order release and tracking for import and local raw materials.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Work out production schedule based on demand forecast and release process order to in-house and tolling plant

• Work out short and mid-term raw material, packaging purchasing plan for order releasing and demand forecast sharing with internal procurement team and external vendor

• Daily order tracking for stock-transfer order, import and local purchase orders of raw materials

• Quarterly review and update raw material supply strategy including stock policy, safety stock level, MOQ, etc. based on BU strategy and demand forecast in SAP (MRP1, MRP2, etc.)

• Daily tracking of production execution status, alert planner for any unexpected change or shut down, and work out the contingency plan of scheduling and raw material purchasing

• Timely follow-up on the actual demand, provide quick reaction on planning adjustment, raw material shipping schedule to secure the production and order fulfillment

• Inventory and NWSM management which include KPI monitor, organizing monthly review meeting and action plan follow up, like rework, scrap, etc.

• Support new material introduction via activities like new raw material code setting, raw material purchasing for MA production, and other roadblock checking.

• Other tasks to support:

  • Work with procurement team on raw material pre-build for cost saving

  • Minimize shift change by reasonable sequence to optimize the scheduling, enlarge the actual capacity, and coordinate with planned shut-down for maintenance.

  • Resolve any issues like invoice, pricing, packing, wrong shipping, etc.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

 

• Education Background:

College’s Degree or above.

 

• Technical Skills:

• Good data analysis skills, Excel, Word, and SAP etc. 

   

• Other Experiences Preferred:

• Minimum 3 years’ supply chain experience in multinational companies, such as production scheduling, supply planning, raw material purchasing management, etc. in chemical or related industry.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
