Main Responsibilities:

-Merchandising administration and order follow-up for supporting Merchandising Manager/ Senior Merchandisers/ Merchandisers in his/ her works

-Secure Register, price and item information in our specific IT systems

-Secure that agreements are correctly archived

-Test management, contact with suppliers regarding test and item information

-Secure product information. You shall support Merchandising Manager/ Senior Merchandisers/ Merchandisers in his/ her product calculation and proof reading.

-Responsible for the information flow works between the different departments regarding item information

-Communicate with Suppliers about samples, testing, orders and shipments

-Samples logging, packing and delivery arrangement

-Manage and Organise samples storage

-Work actively with seeking to improve yourself and gain further knowledge in your field of responsibility

Position Requirements:

-Diploma or above graduation in Sourcing/ Procurement or equal knowledge based on working experience

-Experience of merchandising/ purchasing administration is prefereble.

-Excellent written and clear fluent spoken English and local language(s).

-Proficient in MS Office

-Preferable in well known of CBX

-Team Player, but able to work independently

-Open for travelling, mainly in Asia region
