1.     Safety standardization system maintenance, align with QPC;

        安全标准化系统维护，与QPC保持一致；

2.     Implemention, maint. , and continues improvement of system ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001;

       建立，实施，维护、持续改进ISO 14001及OHSAS18001体系;

3.    Compliance evaluation of laws and regulations (Gutwin);

      法律法规符合性评价(Gutwin)

4.    Organize third party testing like occupational hazardous aspects test, environmental aspects test, lightning test, fire safety installations test…;

     组织开展职业危害因素、环境因素、雷电、消防安全设施等第三方检测。

5.   Emergency plan (Fire, Environment, special equipment, chemical leakage, natural disaster...)update, record in government, emergency drilling, training…;

     应急预案(消防、环境、特种设备、化学品泄漏、自然灾害等)更新、政府备案、应急演练、培训……；

6.   Chemicals management, MSDS update, Hazardous waste chemicals;

      化学品管理，MSDS更新，危险废物化学品

7.    PPE check (validity, compliance with low/MSDS;

      PPE检查(有效性，是否符合低/MSDS)

8.   SHE findings check and follow up;

      检查并跟踪调查结果

9.   First aid, accidnent analysis and reporting;

     急救，事故分析和报告

10.   Management of special equipment (testing, operation license, work permit) ;

      特种设备管理(检测、操作许可证、工作证)；

11.   SHE reporting (monthly SHE reports, sustainability report...);

      SHE的报告(月度报告，可持续发展报告…)；

12.   Risk assessment, SHE actions follow up;

        风险评估，SHE的行动跟进；

13.   Safety training (three level training for new ops, OPL, define annual safety training plan and implement, 1-2/month ;

       安全培训(新项目三级培训，OPL，制定年度安全培训计划并实施，1-2/月)

14.   Communication with relevant government dep. Prepare related documents for government, government visiting and monitoring，taking actions and follow up;

     与相关政府部门的沟通。采取行动及跟进以提供政府要求的相关文件,政府访问和监控,
