1.负责当班生产所需物料的领用、统计及汇总、退料等工作。根据生产计划核算当班所需的原物料的品种及数量，至仓库领用，并进行盘数，生产结束或交班时确认使用及剩余的物料，并进行准确的交接。 

 2.负责SAP系统操作：完成电脑SAP系统的在线输入，当班产品订单的建立、产品移库、物料耗用、生产及质量报告的输入及确认。

 3.与仓库沟通确保物料耗用的准确及成品在线移库的及时性，对生产出的成品确认合格情况下及时输入电脑系统并将打印出的产品信息单标识在堆板上，确保产品的及时入库，生产完成后及时在电脑中完成物料的耗用及产品质量信息的输入。在下班时将当班产生的记录及电脑记录打印并交由生产主管归档。

 4.负责装箱区域的人员管理及现场卫生状况的控制。对装箱区域的卫生及人员的工作有监管的职权和责任。 

 5.负责每周物料的盘点及退料等工作。 

 6.协助当班主管安排的其他工作。 

 7.配方保密 

 8.执行和遵循公司政策和程序。
