This position will be the driving force behind the growth and development of Azelis Food and Health business, developing midterm and long term strategic plans, collaborating with various teams within Azelis, including sales, marketing, technical services, supply chain, legal, etc..

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Take the local product management role for business plan development & implementation of related food Ingredients by partnership with cross functions incl. sales team, marketing, technical service, regulatory, supply chain, etc.;
• Plan, direct and coordinate the efforts of go-to-market team within the organization to achieve the targets of responsible product lines for revenue, profitability and strategy in focus categories;
• Drive for the development of strong opportunity pipeline and solid customer base for responsible products/business, and identify the synergy opportunity with Azelis broad portfolio;
• Coordinate to define the commercial tactics including pricing, forecast, inventory, etc. and work on a regular basis to reflect the market dynamic and business situation;
• Act as one of the main supports to Azelis Sales teams and its customers for the opportunity and issues of responsible product lines, and define unmet needs;
• Maintain and develop sustainable relationship with principals for responsible product lines;
• On boarding new principals via a systematic approach
• Other tasks assigned by the company

 

Job Skills:

• BS degree in Food or Chemistry equivalent and/or marketing
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Strong organizational skills, good communicator, team player & service-minded
• Strong work ethics, eager to learn and contribute, able to work pro-actively.
• Minimum 3 years experience in related field
