 Timely, accurately and efficiently performs the following job duties

1. Manage the department tool shop
2. Coordinates, organizes, supervises and controls following process-description, sub-process which is in accordance with "Table of Contents_Process Description"
3. Achieving agreed process and departmental targets
4. Monitoring of maintenance cycles as well as replacement cycles and arrange necessary actions
5. Maintenance/repair of tools and production of spare parts for molding and stamping tools
6. Ensure efficient tooling spare part management in terms of storage cost and availability /lead-time
7. Participate in CIP projects and identify improvement potentials within the area in coordination with ***, PIE, and QM.
8. Staff training and motivation within the department to be managed as well as to ensure that staff take part in and finish all legally required training (e.g. workplace safety, safety engineering, protection of the environment, fire prevention)
9. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for assignment of project personnel together with management.
