PURPOSE:

• Execute sales plans and complete corresponding sales targets.
• Regularly perform customer after-sales service and continuously strengthen customer relationship
• Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to all accounts, including products, commercial, technical support, project management, forecast, delivery, quality and market development
• Work with technical, engineering and production to achieve SSH full service, increased value and better leverage of business

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Create sales plan to ensure sales target in achieved
• Accurate forecasting as solid basis to ensure execution of monthly target, discover issues and take corrective actions timely
• Understand and fulfil the demand of customers as contribution to share and SSH value
• Work closely with team for technical support and project management to ensure on time product delivery of customer and SSH
• Work closely with Technical/Engineer/QA for customer complaints and ensure problem solved on time and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Introduce HaloPure system at suitable key account to achieve revenue target, profitable growth and strengthened relationship with customers.
• All reports on regular basis to review and update actions 

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• College Degree in animal husbandry or veterinary drugs
• More than 2 years’ experience of sales for animal husbandry products
• Experience of commercial management
• Experience of technical support desirable
