职责描述：

1、独立为驻上海的韩国籍人士提供物业咨询服务；

2、陪同外籍人士参观及选择适宜的居住住所；

3、协助物业顾问谈判合同，确保合同的签订；

4、处理相关售后事宜及客户关系维护。

岗位要求：

1、韩语口语流畅，能与外籍人士进行良好的沟通；

2、具有工作热情，责任心强，勇于挑战；

3、工作积极主动，具有良好的团队合作精神和客户服务意识；

4、具有行内从业经验或销售经验者优先；
