PRACTICE ACHIEVEMENT

• To prioritize and capture OUP IPs that will help achieve business goals;  and to monetise and exploit OUP product and IP to its full potential;
• Work with multiple teams and partners to create and lead development of OUP IP portfolio; and to regularly review the portfolio to make sure the strategy always matches business goals
• Provides expert level analysis of IP portfolio, design and implementation plans, and recommendations supported by strong research skills and provided through strong communication skills; 
• Work closely with Head of Marketing to establish key performance indicators and proactively reports to SMT & segment stakeholders on performance of IPs activities and metrics
• To develop product brand and IP strategies and communicate recommendations to executives, and to overcome cross-functional barriers
• To monitor market trends, research related industries and markets, and competitors’ activities.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree and above with 5+ years’working experience in IP development, and experience of education related IPs will be a plus;
• Proven ability to develop product brand and IP strategies and communicate recommendations to executives;

• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective strategy plans, action plans, campaigns, etc. ;
• Be creative, possess a strategic mind and have experience in implementing targeted campaigns;

Profound understanding of IP licensing business in China is a must, design capability especially industrial and product design is preferred.
