General Job Purpose

工作职责概述:

Clarify safety requirements with customer and detailing internal technical software requirements. Setup local safety SW platform architecture. Implement safety software features similar as level 3 layer in BOSCH EGas three level monitoring concept on local platform according to TN internal software development process. Configure safety features including error handler etc. on MotionWise based projects. Coordinating /supporting the safety know how buildup and implementation in R&D.

与客户澄清功能安全需求，并转化为内部安全软件需求；建立本地化安全软件平台架构；根据公司软件研发流程在本地平台项目上负责实施安全软件实现；在Motion Wise平台项目上负责实施安全软件配置；协调并支持研发各部门提升功能安全能力和实施。

Main Job Responsibilities

主要工作职责：

1. Clarify the safety requirements with customer and detailing the safety Technical Specification for internal design via safety analysis.
   与客户沟通并澄清功能安全需求，并通过安全分析转化为内部需求和技术规范
   
   
2. Setup local safety software architecture based on local platform, including supplier selection, safety allocation etc.
   基于本地化平台方案建立本地化功能安全软件架构（包括供应商方案选择，安全分配等）
   
   
3. Implement the safety platform features including configuration and necessary local development according to customer requirement.
   根据项目具体需求开发功能安全组件（包括配置，必要的本地代码开发等）
   
   
4. Coordinating /supporting the safety implementation by System, HW, SW and Test to fulfil safety customer requirement.
   协调并支持系统、硬件、软件和测试对功能安全的实现，以满足客户的功能安全要求。
   
   

Required Qualifications

任职资格：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; EE, Computer Science, Automation, aerospace or related majors; fluent in English.
   本科及以上学历；电子工程、计算机科学、自动化、航空航天或相关专业；英语流利
   
   
2. 5 years in Hardware, Software or System design, development of automotive embedded engineering; 3 years in safety software position. Better with experience with BOSCH level 3 implementation. Have project experience to develop safety software features and software safety analysis experience.
   具备5年汽车嵌入式工程硬件、软件或系统开发经验；3年安全软件领域工作经验；有BOSCH L3实施经验（为佳）；安全组件开发及安全软件分析的项目经验
   
   
3. Know-how about ISO 26262 standard and E-Gas three level morning concept specification, that experience in automotive industry is preferred.
   熟悉汽车行业相关 ISO 26262标准及E-Gas三层监控架构标准为佳
   
   
4. Be familiar with SW tools such as: office, Davinci, FMEA, FTA etc.
   熟悉office、Davinci、FMEA、FTA等软件工具
   
   

5. Good communication and coordination skills. Good study ability and willing. Practical mindset and good team player.
