Accountabilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential supplier and evaluate the supplier for mechanical part (and some minor electrical part), he/she will take the lead to develop supplier with overall thinking in perspectives for cost, commercial, technical, quality, service and risk.

    

- The candidate shall have strategic thinking for the supply solution which is suitable for current business module and future business plan.

    

- The candidate shall drive the activity for cost down by negotiation, new purchase channel establishing, technical improvement etc..

    

- The candidate should communicate with stockholders (project manager, technical engineer, production, quality, logistics, warehouse, supplier etc..) for implementation of project, resolve problem for balanced need from different sides.
- The candidate will be responsible for hand-on work for planning, placing PO and PO recording, tracking PO status to make sure on time delivery and on quality delivery.
- The candidate shall maintain cooperation with vendor to optimize supply solution including safety stock, delivery planning etc…
- Other tasks related to supply chain management and project management.

    

    

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above for technical background. (Mandatory)
- Has experience for sourcing role in multinational industry company over 3~5 years.
- Minimum 5~7 years work experience.
- Good English skill for both oral and written.
- Know well about mechanical knowledge, have sourcing experience for weldment parts, machined parts, sheet metal parts, surface treatment parts.
- Have good awareness of quality measurement and quality management.
- Prefer to have work experience in project-oriented company.
- Prefer to have knowledge of material planning.
- Prefer to have knowledge and experience for electrical part.
- Prefer to have knowledge of QMS (ISO9001 etc)
