BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB / 设立该职务的基本目的

• To guarantee the optimization of the production process and ensure the new products can be produced smoothly in the factory
• To arrange the line trial in the plant and issue the line trial report
• To ensure good packing method for both components’ deliveries & finished products
• To conduct the FMECA with the developer and UP team before the line trial

• 1-2 years development/project management experience minimum
• Equipped with basic understanding of process and technical elements for packaging & Packing materials.                 
• Package Engineering Degree or related engineering degree required
• Beauty industry/consumer goods experience
• Fluent in English

DETAIL RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责

• Check that new products’ components fit the production requirements;
• Follow the projects under development regarding to packing, transportation, industrialization from the brief on;
• Share production constraints with development team;
• Organize industrial pre-runs and pilot runs;
• Organize weekly meetings with internal actors to share information and follow action plans;
• Animate workgroups on packaging machinability requirements;
• Work with production to solve problem linked with existing packaging components;
• Measure results;
• Approve pilot run and send detailed report to internal actors;
• Define components’ packing method with suppliers, according to industrial constraints and quality requirements;
• React to central work requests by providing a project feasibility transportation, manufacturability, Packing tooling estimates, timetable, risks, and global consistency;
• Support and summarize with critical issues and action-plan the process meeting with Packaging, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Packaging, and Quality Assurance;
• Submission of all packing to Packaging Testing with the required samples and technical information;
• Request preliminary costs from Purchasing team and compare to the technical feasibilities of eco-packing;
• Enter specifications and distribute;
• Develop the package utilizing the technical support groups (Technical Packaging, Package Testing, and Manufacturing Engineering) to achieve the intended design, quality, cost objectives, functionality, and manufacturability;
• Review and sign all development elements (in conjunction with Technical Packaging) and develop the packing specification;
• Establish TF component and color standards and insure proper distribution in different filing plant;
• Drive value analysis activities and process flow evaluation to achieve efficiency and cost reduction;
• Assure that Packing meets Regulatory and Environmental Legislation and consumer safety;
• Keep informed through colleagues, vendors, journals, professional affiliations, and seminars of new materials, processes, and procedures;
• Visit suppliers and production facilities worldwide to advise, consult, and report on all packing & industrialization issues;
• Report regularly on status of development issues to the immediate supervisor;
• Actively participate on multifunctional teams, and recommend creative solutions
