岗位职责：

1.协助项目进行视觉插画设计相关工作，包括动画形象、海报、网站页面、微博微信配图等设计制

2.配合设计师产出创意所需绘画部分，包括前期手绘demo、正式设计稿的插画细节，直到项目上线

3.能绘画较成熟的商业插画，也能够独立完成品质较高的海报，h5等设计

4.具备一定的营销思维，能主动与设计师一同就创意形式做各种尝试

职位要求：

1.美术、艺术设计、视觉传达、广告设计相关专业毕业，扎实的手绘能力，热爱插画艺术

2.善于将创意进行风格化插画的视觉设计，并不拘于某种特定风格

3.对画面有较强的把控能力，对视觉形式富有创新能力和创造力

4.熟练使用AI、PS、Flash，是个能沉下心又懂得协作的匠人

5.有一定动态延展的思维，具备动态制作者优
