工作职责:

Responsibilities:

- Building and setting-up NGS platform serving PCET, STA;

- Drafting protocols, papers, and relevant SOPs;

- Preparing NGS libraries and sequencing using different technologies;

- Evaluating protocols and data obtained from NGS experiments using different technologies and softwares;

- Interpretating and translating information and technologies from NGS experiments to downstream bench-experiments;

- Staying up-to-date on emerging NGS technologies;

- Preparing data for presentation to internal and external audience;

任职资格:

Requirements:

- A Master in Science degree or above in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or any relevant discipline;

- Knowledge in NGS technologies and hands-on experience in Sequencing platforms;

- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant industrial, academic or clinical experience;

- Fundamental understanding of statistical methods and data management;

- Industrial and clinical hands-on experience is a plus;

- Experience with high throughput sequencing and/or screening is desirable;

- Proficient English skills in communication is a plus.
