Position Purpose：

• The position will assist the Head of Business Development in preparing marketing and sales materials, and be the key support to all sales executives for the business development team.

• The business development team focuses on providing technology solutions to Esquel’s business partners, and the core offering is currently surrounding RFID related technolog

 Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing marketing strategies and follow-up on execution, in particular preparing marketing materials such as website / presentations
• Assist in analyzing and improving the current marketing and sales initiatives
• Assist sales executives in closing deals including preparing proposal
• Enhance and maintain the key sales management resources such as shared drive, pipeline sheet, and prepare for all regular meetings
• Research on the market potential of our products and help identify and research on potential customer
