Mission:

Define and implement best practices in the regional DC operations which shall lead to highest level of customer satisfaction and improvements in operational efficiency. Develop the IT tools supporting the strategic plan of regional DC in the whole supply chain processes.

· Support all departments in regional DC in implementing best practice within their teams with the objective to improve customer service and increase operational excellence.

· Provide a solid interface between the requirements of the logistic operations and the internal/external system development program

· Cooperate with other global and local service centers, with focus on optimization and alignment of business processes.

· Ensure IT reliability and security in regional DC.


Job description

· Take the lead of business system project such as company website, share point, office 365, WMS etc. Represent the company to follow the AC group system project, either new system set up or system transfer and change. Work together with all teams in regional DC to implement changes and organize trainings to the users.

· Understand business process, needs, support business department in KPI result analysis with an efficient way, support operation with good report and analysis tools. Develop and maintain the DC data warehouse.

· Communicate with internal/external system programs suppliers, trouble shooting, change request status follow to close.

· Interact with Service centers and different divisions to come to an integrated process. For example order trace and track, EAI interface. Provide a solid interface between logistic operations and the required to support.

· Cooperate with ACBS IT support ensure the company IT policy to be executed to ensure IT safety. You will also contact with internal IT auditor to found variance, potential risk. Give proposal to DC management for awareness the IT situation. Seek for improvement.


Experience requirements

· At least 2 years of working experience related with IT support to business system, report, analysis.

· Proven experience of project management.

· Working experience with SAP system

· Office 365, share point, WMS knowledge and experience will be preferred.

· A good overall understanding of logistic operation will be a plus.


Knowledge / Educational requirements

· University degree in Computer Science, or similar through experience.

· IT specialized skill, program language such as SQL, Java; SQL server database.

· Business Intelligence, support with good report tools such as Power BI, Access, excel report tools;

· SAP or similar ERP system knowledge.

· Good command in oral and written English is required.
