This is a cross-functional position requiring technical skills, understanding of software development life cycle, and functional skills to efficiently communicate with various department (Finance, HR, Legal, Sales…) in order to successfully deliver concurrent projects under tight schedule.

· Engage with internal clients to shape projects that meet their needs by properly defining the stakeholder’s project objectives and mapping requirements appropriately.

· Perform requirements gathering and analysis to include: analytical techniques, interview techniques, data gathering techniques, current system documentation, business modeling methods, business process, rules and logic, data gathering to solve complex issues, development of implementation plans, development of requirements, Joint Application Development sessions and key analytical troubleshooting.

· Accurately assess the risks associated with each solution design/project.

· Find, compare and manage the relationship with different vendors and solutions.

· Manage projects from start to end: scope/budget/resource management, time management (activities & task planning), communications, risk management, QA and testing, documentations, user training, ongoing maintenance and support.

· Close the project and formalize acceptance of the project results ensuring that the benefits realization have been achieved or a formal plan is in place to manage these.

· Communicate effectively in both verbal (i.e. day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and written (requirements and design specifications) form, as well as have an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications.

· Provide accurate and consistent weekly status reporting for key IT initiatives, deliverables, risks, issues and program financials.

· Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving.

· Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, General Information Technology or a related field

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management/business analysis in a MNC

· Thorough working knowledge of the SDLC models/methodologies, IT systems and their direct implementation to projects

· Ability to apply common, object-oriented modeling techniques, including UML, use case, activity and sequence diagrams

· Expert in Microsoft Project or similar software

· Expert in Microsoft Office applications

· Strong project management skills

· Project management certification is preferred but not required (ITIL, PMI/CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2)

· Business Analysis certification is preferred but not required (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, CBATL)

· Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and oral
