职责Responsibilities:

1. 组织或者参与拟订本单位安全生产规章制度、操作规程和生产安全事故应急救援预案

To organize or participate in the formulation of production safety regulations, operating rules and emergency and rescue plans for production safety accidents

2. 组织或者参与本单位安全生产教育和培训，如实记录安全生产教育和培训情况

To organize or participate in the education and training in production safety of the entity concerned, and truthfully record the education and training in production safety

3. 督促落实本单位重大危险源的安全管理措施

Supervise and implement the safety management measures of the company's major hazard sources

4. 组织或者参与本单位应急救援演练

Organize or participate in the company's emergency rescue drill

5. 检查本单位的安全生产状况，及时排查生产安全事故隐患，提出改进安全生产管理的建议

Check the safety production status of the company, timely check the hidden dangers of production safety accidents, and put forward suggestions for improving the safety production management

6. 制止和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为

Stop and correct illegal command, forced risky operation and violation of operation rules

7. 督促落实本单位安全生产整改措施

Supervise and implement the company's safety production rectification measures

8. EHS管理体系的推行

Implementation of EHS management system

9. 负责工程设施的安全与环保方面的验收与改造建议

Responsible for the acceptance and improvement suggestions of safety and environmental protection of engineering facilities

10. 负责与政府安全、环保及职业卫生等EHS职能部门的联系

Be responsible for contacting with EHS functional departments of government, such as safety, environmental protection and occupational health

11. 消防设施的定期点检与维保

Regular spot check and maintenance of fire control facilities

12.  参与工伤事故的处理及改善措施的制订

Participate in the management of industrial accidents and the formulation of improvement measures

13.  对公司员工、承包商及第三方人员提供相关安全知识的培训以提高其安全技能

Provide safety knowledge training to company employees, contractors and third -party personnel to improve their safety skills

14.  领导安排的其它工作

Other work assigned by the leader

任职要求Qualifications：

1.  本科以上学历，环境工程或安全工程毕业优先

Bachelor degree or above, environmental engineering or safety engineering is preferred

2.  有3年以上制造业车间安全及环保管理经验

At least 3 years safety and environmental management experience in manufacturing workshop

3.  熟悉ISO14001环境体系或OHSAS18000

Familiar with ISO14001 environment system or OHSAS18000

4.  熟悉国家和地方有关健康、安全和环境的法律和法规

Be familiar with national and local laws and regulations concerning health, safety and the environment

5. 良好的中英文沟通和执行能力

Good communication and execution skills in Both Chinese and English
