Purpose of the role:

The key responsibilities of this role is to support senior marketing manager to manage and execute marketing campaigns, events, support anchor tenants' key marketing events. Manage and lead event agency to develop relevant campaign and event plan and execution,  coordination with internal teams to ensure the high quality deliveries.

 

Responsible for:

• Assist Senior Marketing manager to develop annual marketing campaign and event budget

• Estimate and justify extra cost occurred from 3rd parties’ vendors   

• Work closely with Leasing teams on anchor tenants marketing events and activities

• Act as the key contact representing Marketing events collaboration for initial requests from external partners

• Evaluate 3rd party partners

• Explore synergy opportunities including 3rd parties event space collaboration to enrich onsite marketing programs and activities

• Support anchor tenants’ key marketing events and activities including its move-in or grand opening ceremony

• Manage and lead Event agencies to develop respective strategies and execute plan to ensure marketing objectives are achieved

 

Qualifications/Experience/Skills：

• Bachelor's degree, ideally majored in Marketing

• 5+ years working experience, preferable in real estate development project, shopping malls or lifestyle retail brands

• Experience in all kinds of events, solid background of marketing events planning and organizing

• Good verbal and written communications skills both in English and Chinese, problem solving.

• Independent, reliable, creative, outgoing and able to work under tight schedule
