Job Description

• Manage all aspects of client’s digital presence, including strategy and planning, CRM, campaign and community management.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders for social campaign planning, management and execution

• Drive content development with team to reflect business request and implement to deliver the result.
• Track social media practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations to improve channel quality and to empower stakeholders

• Work with internal teams to build CRM strategy and plans.

• Work closely with internal technology to execute digital products for the client.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve results for clients.

• Work closely with the creative and copy team to design and deliver engaging social media campaigns.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar capacity with a large brand or agency.

• Strong knowledge of the social media and CRM environment

• Strong Mandarin and English skills, written and spoken.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
