1、负责公司出口退税前准备，包括确认采购数量与金额并与采购确认开票信息，开票结果跟进，报关前计算换汇成本；

2、负责公司的出口退税全程操作和管理，包括申报资料准备，出口退税申报系统全程操作、退税资金跟进、备案单证归档、出口退税财务核算、电子口岸及外汇检测系统操作等；

3、按时收集公司出口类业务相关单据，并及时进行整理，核对，整理、保管出口退税备案资料；

4、完成出口业务相关账务处理，跟踪退税流程进度；

5、计算各类税金，填列税务报表并进行纳税申报；

6、负责收集、传达国家和地方最新税收政策和要求；

7、负责税务相关业务办理及对接，对税务相关资料进行归档；

8、协助制定企业整体税务计划以及税务筹划工作，进行合理避税；

9、负责公司各项税务优惠的申请；

10、领导交办的其他事宜。

 

 任职要求：

1、财会、审计、税务等相关专业，本科以上学历；

2、熟悉出口退税政策、出口退税工作流程；能够独立完成外贸企业出口退税各项工作；

3、两年以上出口退税实际操作经验；

4、有税务策划管理经验优先，懂得与工商、税务部门沟通；

5、了解国家会计、税政相关法律、法规，对纳税筹划等有基本的思路；

6、英语六级以上，能熟练听说读写；

7、熟练操作SAP系统、金蝶软件、word、excel、ppt等；

8、具备较强的沟通协调能力，做事细心，责任心强，原则性强。
