1.     Work with Marketing Manager in Asia SMT organization to provide the marketing support to business development team including supply vs demand, competitor intelligence, viability assessment. Work with Asia Marketing team and business development team to organize the promotion activities and event.

2.     Provide the support to business development managers to go through the internal working process such as project tracking, document filing and management, project execution support such as SAP set up etc. Provide the filing control to important documentation for China H2fM team.

3.     Provide the logistics support to China H2fM organization.

4.     Support the business development managers to develop the projects including GR activities, customer engagement.   

5.     Support the GM to manage the project execution and tracking.

6.     Support the GM to manage the JV for example organizing the board meeting, drafting meeting memo, filing etc.

7.     The job assigned by supervisor.
