职位描述

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Support the strategic development, implementation and execution of new business models to drive the growth of Terrex and adidas Outdoor.
Identify, secure and implement open source partners across the 4-buckets to drive Terrex brand heat and target achievement in Greater China.
Support authenticate adidas Terrex brand in Greater China by driving strategic partnerships with 3rd party tech brands

Key Responsibilities

Strategy development and execution
Support the development, execution and tracking of short-term and long-term Outdoor and Terrex strategy
Develop strategic and business planning documents
Support the development of executive level presentations and reports
Owner of the CHINA/HYPERLOCAL open source agenda.
Map out and drive the regular collaboration process with global Outdoor team, CCA, China Outdoor, and related cross-functional teams
Have an entrepreneurial mindset towards creating the new and seeking collaborations with some of the hottest local partners.
Coordinates with global outdoor team and CCA to ensure China needs are met through the hype and collaboration calendar via statement and beyond.
Oversee and provide the support to the entire hype/collab process, from the idea generation, legal and finance process, product development, to sell-in and sell-through toolkit development and execution
Develop and drive the relationship with key strategic technical partners
Support introducing new technical partners to CCA, including support in the legal and QC processes
Ensure the products with 3rd party technologies are able to be launched in China with proper tools and supporting documents
Ensure the toolkits and capabilities are available to meet the local consumer demands
Support with additional partnership opportunities to ensure we are present at strategic events (e.g. ISPO, fashion weeks) to build Terrex brand
Engage on major cross-functional projects and external research/projects, as required

China Counterparts (Strategic Planning, PMO, SpoMa, EIM, CtC, BA, RM/VM, Channel Sales, DTC, Legal, SCM)
External partners: collab partners, 3rd party tech companies, research companies

Good understanding of outdoor/sporting goods/retail industry, and demonstrated interest in fashion
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

University degree, ideally with a focus on business administration in the fields of marketing and sales
Functional:  5+ years professional experience working within a brand including hands on experience with co-creation / collaboration projects
Cross-functional experience, ideally with project management, product marketing, marketing, sales, supply chain management
Global mindset and ability to work cross-culturally; experience within different countries and/or different cultures
