VON ARDENNE needs a capable, motivated supplier quality engineer to carrying out all tasks related to quality management of industrial equipment of VON ARDENNE. The successful candidate of this position will be responsible for material qualification and handling raw material issue. The QE will work with an open communication culture team and in a dynamic working atmosphere and will report directly to quality manager at VON ARDENNE Vacuum Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

YOUR TASKS

  

• 负责生产过程中质量问题的处理

  responsible for the quality problems in the process of production processing

• 负责重大质量问题的8D报告制定和跟踪

  responsible for major quality issues to develop and track 8D report

• 督促和指导公司各部门贯彻执行质量体系文件，并检查其执行情况；

  supervise and guide the company's various departments to carry out the quality system documents, and check their implementation;

• 组织各部门质量管理体系培训工作；

  organization departments of quality management system training work;

• 建立完善公司质量管理体系，并负责公司质量管理体系的推进、实施以及对体系运行情况的监控；

       company has established a sound quality management system, and pushing, responsible for the company's     quality management system implementation and the monitoring on the performance of the system.

YOUR PROFILE 

• 大学本科学历，机械相关专业

• bachelor degree, major in mechanical or related

• 有机械设备制造行业3~5年工作经验。

  machinery manufacture industry 3 ~ 5 years working experience

• 熟悉质量问题处理的相关流程

  familiar quality problems handling related processes

• 熟悉ISO9000体系标准，有至少2年以上相关质量体系建设和管理工作经验，具有ISO9000内审员资格

  familiar with ISO9000 system standard, there are at least 2 years related working experience in quality system construction and management, with ISO9000 internal auditors qualification

• 具备独立进行过质量体系认证、运行、维护、建设经验，能够组织完善质量管理体系制度；

  independent quality system certification, operation, maintenance and construction experience, can organization improve the system of quality management system;

• 熟练英语书写，口语能力

       proficiency in English writing, oral English ability

VON ARDENNE GmbH develops and manufactures advanced coating equipment for the deposition of micrometer to nanometer-thin functional layers on materials such as glass, metal strip, wafers and polymer films.
These materials are the basis for products such as solar modules, architectural glass or smart phone display
