The CSER Admin Assistant will be based in Shanghai.

We are looking for someone who

• Is eager to learn
• Has a Hands-on attitude
• Is open for change and adventure
• Loves to work in the area of renewable energy
• Want to make a real change

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Support projects with environmental focus such as Green House Gas emission, Carbon, energy management, sustainable packaging, LCA
• Data tracking, data management and reports
• Training preparation and execution communication to staff and supplier
• China landscape assessment for environmental best practice, experts, trends, etc..

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Major in environmental studies – such as environmental management, environmental engineering, environmental science, sustainability, renewable energy management
• Familiar with：
• Office software: Include word-processing, spreadsheets, and presentation packages
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Average English is OK (no experts are bornJ )
• Team player
