Job Description:
1.Work with oversea project stakeholders to finalize business requirement: gather and document
2.Work with subject matter expert to analyze business requirement, convert business requirement to functional requirement, and prepare written functional specifications for subsequent feasibility analysis, technical design and implementation.
3.Perform business integration testing: build test cases and test plans, conduct testing using manual or programmatic process, document and communicate test result, and track and manage defect.
4.Prepare release package
5.Support project stakeholders in user acceptance testing
6.Assist project management entities and use project governance tools/ matrix to manage realistic timelines

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in computer science, financial or related field
2.CET-6 or above
3.About 1 year experience in the business software industry
4.Ability to design test plan, execute test case, maintain test result and track defect
5.Experienced in manual functional testing
6.Good written and verbal communication skills, both mandarin and English
7.Good understanding of software development life cycle
8.Having high attention to details
9.Strong interest in financial securities industry, quick learner.
10.Willing to work under a flexible time schedule
11.Proactive team player with the ability to work in global dynamic environments
12.Experiences in securities and banking services is a plus

职位描述:

要求:
1.计算机科学，金融或相关学士学位
2.大学英语六级或以上
3.1年左右商业软件行业工作经验
4.具有软件手工测试经验，能制定测试计划，执行测试案例，管理测试结果，并跟踪管理缺陷
5.具有业务功能测试方面的经验
6.良好的书面和口头沟通技巧， 普通话和英语
7.熟悉软件开发生命周期
8.高度重视细节
9.对金融证券行业有强烈的兴趣, 学习能力强
10.适合弹性工作制
11.积极主动，具有良好的团队合作精神
12.具有证券或银行服务也从业经验者优先
