1. Calls/visitors management with promptly, courteously, and accurately.

2. Office and store stationery and office supplies management, including maintain the office facility and furniture and keep the office environment in good state.

3. Traveling management (booking of hotels, airflight, etc)

4. Official Correspondence Management

5. Perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as organising and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages, printing name card, preparing office supplies.

6. Coordinate internal and external meetings so that they run smoothly.

7. Complete the purchasing and payment process timely.

8. Provide admin support to country manager as required

9. Other ad hoc admin related working contents if require

Requirements:

1. College above with major of business administration, or English is needed. Undergraduate with good background is acceptable.

2. Minimum of 1 years of experience in receptionist or office administration in foreign company, familiar with providing standard service.

3. Good English and Mandarin communication skills and understanding.

4. Basic computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.

5. Good capability of problem solving and coordination skills.
