Ihre Aufgaben:

·         übergeordnete Bau-/ Projektleitung für den Bereich Neubauten, Erweiterungsbauten und Sanierungsprojekte in China

·         Zollner-interne Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Nutzern, strategischen Zentraleinheiten, externen Planern und ausführenden Firmen

·         Kompetenter Ansprechpartner in allen Belangen der bei einem schüsselfertigen Industriebau anfallenden Gewerken

·         Steuerung von externen Fachplanern und ausführenden Firmen

·         Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der ?Zollner-Standards“

·         Verantwortung für Kosten-, Qualit？ts- und Terminmanagement

Ihr Profil:

·         Abgeschlossenes Studium Bauingenieur/ Architekt/ TGA-Ingenieur/ Versorgungsingenieur oder vergleichbares Studium

·         Erfahrung (mind. 6 Jahre) in der Bauleitung von gr？？eren Bauprojekten international, idealerweise im Industriebau

·         Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

·         Durchsetzungsf？higkeit, Kommunikationsst？rke, Belastbarkeit sowie interkulturelles Einfühlungsverm？gen

·         Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagementwerkzeugen zur Termin-, Qualit？ts- und Kostenüberwachung
