1、客户报障受理窗口（中文、英文），并按照流程处理和解决客户需求
2、部门建设可能需要的事务性工作或分析统计性工作
3、与SE及同组人员、Vendor以及SM协调配合按照流程及时有效地完成案件对应
任职资格
1、精通英语，英语有Call经验者优先
2、有网络维护经验优先，CCNA/CCNP/CCIE认证或相关认证优先
3、有PC、电话、服务器等IT相关经验或认证优先
4、7*24两班倒（A班：9:00-20:00 B班：20:00-9:00 两个A班休两天，两个B班休两天）
5、需要有团队意识，客户服务意识以及对客户质疑时的抗压能力、IT技术能力、执行力
