职位描述
Position Purpose (Overview of the position) As one of our digital project leaders for BEV, the position will be responsible for the user operation related digital products on Socail CRM platform. The responsibilities will include product strategy, demand management, prototype definition, user experience design and E2E testing, and continuous iteration. Specifically, you will be driving the online user experience and ensuring that it captures the needs of and excites the consumer. Simultaneously, you will identify and scope the targeted high-value opportunities that we can bring to our online digital experiences. |
Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position |
- Lead the definition and execution of product vision and roadmap for Social CRM.
- Develop clear and compelling Business Requirement Documents for new initiatives and existing product enhancements, including business justification, revenue potential, and operational impact.
- Be the partner with BEV business team, understand market requirements and competitive landscape, identify and prioritize the requirements, translate business model into product demands, provide digital product proposal by business case study, competitor analysis and prototype design.
- Drive innovation and customer facing service model different from tranditional way through digital products.
- Create collaborative partnerships, with customers, vendors and other Ford teams to achieve agreed upon and clearly defined project objectives with business stakeholders and development team.
- Project management and on-time delivery within target budget and resources.
- Work with product development team to develop project plan and resource plan, and make sure well execution.
- Collaborate with the product development team on specifications, design and acceptance testing.
- Ensure all required system and user documentation is created accurately for internal and external use.
- Be the voice-of-the-customer – integrate feedback into the product plan and life-cycle
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence
- Effectively communicate with customers, sales, marketing, development, and senior management as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Lead RFQ and technical assessment for frontend related solution/service acquisition.
- Drive the entire agile software delivery process including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Candidate Specification |
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Computer Science, Software Enginnering or related master degree is plus. |
- 5 years’ experience with proven results launching and managing CRM products
- 5+ years of project leader role experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience in digital experience manager, inclusive of working in a start-up business environment or on an innovation/digital team, performing user insights and testing, or digital product design

- Internet or automotive industry is plus.
- Experience driving a product to completion with product owners, product managers, software engineers, quality assurance engineers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders.
- Experience on software development project management.
- Familiarity with agile software development using processes like kanban and scrum.
- Good technical background and understanding of the app development process.
- Ability to identify and anticipate the business impact of product decisions.
- Demonstrated creativity, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong design sense and ability to work with designers to build fluid and responsive designs.
- Familiarity with WeChat Mini-Programs.
- Ability to coordinate with remote teams.
