工作职责：

-日程安排

控制项目进度，确保有质量地按时完成任务。

每日评估项目状态，以确认并降低潜在风险。

-沟通工作

与团队沟通项目的总目标及阶段性目标。

与内外部项目合伙人保持紧密的有效沟通。

-营销资产

协调开发组与营销组间的营销资产的处置问题（屏幕截图以及粉饰着色）。

-法律事务

与法务部协同工作，确保产品的法责事宜处理妥当。

-本土化工作

处理产品的本土化工作。

任职要求：

-文字表达能力及语言沟通能力强。

-英语书写熟练，口语精通。能流利地进行沟通且需要时可进行翻译。

-了解游戏的开发周期及方式方法。

-注重细节。

-热爱游戏。

职业素质要求：

-在游戏产业拥有至少四年的制作经验。

-担任制作者期间，至少有一个已售出的标题。至少有两个标题完成了从头至尾的全套制作过程。

-能熟练使用项目管理工具：MS Project, Jira, Hansoft等。

-以目标为导向，能处理好事情的优先顺序。

Responsibility:

-Schedule Management:

Maintain project schedule, ensuring tasks are completed on time and with required quality.

Evaluate project’s status on a daily basis to identify and mitigates potential risks.

-Communication:

Communicate project/milestone goals throughout the team.

Establish and maintain productive and effective communication with all project stakeholders – internal and external.

Coordinate creation and delivery of marketing assets (screenshots, renders) between development team and marketing team.

-Legal review:

Ensures legal responsibilities for product are met, by working with the legal team.

-Localization:

Manage localization of the project.

Requirement：

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in spoken and written English. Able to communicate fluently as well as translate when needed.

Understanding of game development cycle and methodology.

Demonstrates attention to detail.

Passionate gamer.

Competencies:

-Minimum 4 years of production experience in the game industry.

-At least 1 shipped tles in production role. At least 2 titles from beginning to finish, through all production phases.

-Proficient in using project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Hansoft, etc.

-Goal oriented and able to prioritize.
