1.负责工程项目的技术支持；

2.负责监控施工过程中的质量；

3.负责参与工程的各项验收工作；

4.负责制订公司技术质量标准及施工规范；

5.负责技术及工艺推广和相关培训；

6.负责选拔合格分包商。

任职要求：

1.建筑装饰相关专业专科以上学历，一级建造师；十年以上相关行业工作经验，三年以上同等职位工作经验；

2.熟悉工程设计、施工、验收、安全、环保规范，以及国家和建设主管部门有关规定；

3.熟悉施工工艺及工程管理各项标准流程，并能够严格按照标准监督管理大型项目；

4.责任意识强，擅长统筹安排，有较强解决实际问题以及突发事件的能力；

5.有优秀的组织协调能力和团队管理能力；

6.为人诚实，有拚搏精神，不断突破自我，有强烈的责任感和团队合作精神；

7.有较强的英文能力或海外工作经验者优先。
