Job Description：

Assigned as the Quality Window in one of the Process Module.

Required to work closely with the respective Operations owners in the assigned module in the event of any excursions for containment and guide Owners to perform risk assessment to ensure reasonable risks are identified and addressed.

Responsible to review and approve low risk abnormal event disposition proposal and responsible to ensure disposition is completely executed before abnormal event is closed.

Participate in Area SPC review, Change Management meetings according to assigned Process Module.

Required to involve in customer feedback handling process and assist in resolution of customer feedback according to the predefined cycle time for customer response.

Required to be one of the FMEA team member for assigned Process Module and ensure identified potential failure modes are able to be addressed via Preventive Measure, if not stopped with Detection Control. Key objective is to drive error prevention (poka yoke).

Participate in Internal Audit and External Audit as Area QA in assigned Process Module.

Ensure the execution of Control Plan is consistently compliant.

Perform tasks as and when required by superior.

Carry out KPI oriented projects to promote Quality culture and Quality Improvement.

Responsible to one (or more) of the following Quality business process (core function)

MSA and Calibration

Change Management

FMEA and Control Plan

Job requirements：

1、 Bachelor's degree or advanced degree; major in science or engineering;

2、 More than 3~5 years work Experience on QA or in silicon wafer, semiconductor and sapphire industry.

为实现300mm半导体硅片自主可控的国家战略，打破国外垄断，新昇先后承担了研究、开发适用于40-28nm节点和20-14nm节点的300mm硅单晶生长、硅片加工、外延片制备、硅片分析检测等硅片产业化成套量产工艺的国家02专项任务，实现了300mm硅片的国产化。是目前国内***一家已投入量产、规模***，技术最先进的300mm大硅片生产企业。

公司300mm硅片产品可广泛用于存储器芯片、逻辑芯片、模拟芯片、IGBT功率器件及移动通信芯片等集成电路产业。新昇将于2019年达到15万片/月产能目标，最终将形成100万片/月的产能，充分满足我国极大规模集成电路产业对硅衬底基础材料的迫切要求，彻底解决集成电路产业链中的卡脖子问题。
