工作职能 Job Responsibilities:

 

负责生产区域设备电气维修及设备改造，设备程序及触摸屏程序备份的日常管理，确保设备的正常运行，提高设备的生产效率，降低设备的维护费用，为生产部门提供***的技术支持。

Responsible for electrical maintenance and equipment modification of equipment in production area, daily management of equipment program and backup of touch screen program, ensure normal operation of equipment, improve production efficiency of equipment, reduce maintenance cost of equipment, and provide best technical support for production department.

1. 执行设备经理的指示，直接对设备经理负责。

Execute equipment manager's instructions, directly responsible for the equipment manager.

2. 确保新设备的安装调试和验收在规定的时间内完成。

Ensure that the new equipment installation，debugging and acceptance to complete within the schedule time.

3. 负责主管设备的提升、备品备件的管理、项目验收的全过程。

Responsible for the equipment improvement, spare parts management as well as process of the project acceptance.
4. 每日检查主管设备的运行状况，发现异常和偏差立即处理和纠正。

Daily check the running status of director of equipment and correct immediately if found abnormal and deviation.

5. 设备发生故障时应迅速到达现场组织故障检修，并及时向经理报告。

Equipment failure should be arrived at the scene to organized troubleshooting immediately, and promptly report to the manager. 6. 负责制定主管设备的维修保养计划，工作标准及对下属提供培训。

Responsible for the equipment maintenance plan, work standards and provide training to your subordinates.

7. 定期统计设备运行状况的分析报告，提出整改方案。

Statistical analysis of equipment operation on a regular basis, the paper puts forward for improvement scheme.

8. 负责技术档案管理工作，包括设备维修保养记录；故障处理记录；设备改进记录。

Responsible for management of technical archives, including equipment maintenance records; troubleshooting records; equipment improvement record.

9. 执行部门经理的指令，落实岗位责任制，督导下属严格遵守员工守则。

Executive department manager's instructions, to carry out the post responsibility system, supervising subordinates strictly abide by the company’s regulations and policies. 10. 检查下属的岗位纪律，执行操作规程，工作质量与效率；发现问题立即纠正。

Check discipline of the subordinate to ensure following the SOP; ensure work quality as well as efficiency; and corrective immediately if found any violations.

 

岗位要求 Job Requirements:

1. 本科以上学历，电气工程、电气自动化或机电一体化等相关专业;

Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering, electrical automation or mechatronics;

2. 熟练掌握西门子、三菱、欧姆龙PLC编程，各类伺服驱动器，触摸屏;

Proficient in PLC programming of Siemens, mitsubishi and omron, various servo drivers and touch screens;

3. 熟悉电气布线、电器控制柜设计、电气部件选型；

Familiar with electrical wiring, electrical control cabinet design, electrical components selection;

4. 具有丰富的电气设计经验和很强的动手能力；

Have rich electrical design experience and strong hands-on ability;

5. 能够熟练使用软件进行电气图的绘制；

Proficient in using software to draw electrical diagrams;

6. 良好的团队管理能力，沟通能力及组织能力;

Good team management ability, strong communication and organization skills;

7. 良好的中英文能力。

Fluent Chinese and English.

公司300mm硅片产品可广泛用于存储器芯片、逻辑芯片、模拟芯片、IGBT功率器件及移动通信芯片等集成电路产业。新昇将于2019年达到15万片/月产能目标，最终将形成100万片/月的产能，充分满足我国极大规模集成电路产业对硅衬底基础材料的迫切要求，彻底解决集成电路产业链中的卡脖子问题。
