1、识别、分析业务部门数据治理需求，为团队提供数据集成、数据治理、数据管理解决方案；

2、负责相关项目（人工智能、IoT等项目）数据全流程管理工作，包括数据收集、数据积累、数据标注、标注质量验收、AI模型辅助标注、数据及AI模型版本控制等；

3、深入理解大数据和项目中数据架构与数据管理体系，参与数据治理规划，负责数据治理项目的整体推动及跨部门之间的组织协调工作；

4、协助业务部门进行数据标准、数据质量/指标标准的制定、评审、复审与版本发布；

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，具备项目管理能力，数据敏感，逻辑清晰；能发现问题本质，寻找解决方案并形成闭环。

2、能快速理解业务，发掘数据和用户行为、产品模型之间的联系；

3、熟悉机器学习原理与算法，对深度学习算法及算法评价有深度理解与实战经验，熟悉Pytorch/Tensorflow平台，掌握常用的统计分析模型；

4、精通Python，熟练使用Linux操作系统、容器化技术；

5、善于观察学习，具备优秀的表达能力、沟通协调能力、分析能力。
